Sandra Morgan Little
Sandra Morgan Little has been recognized for her excellence and expertise by her peers consistently for over three decades. She is known as a firm, but fair, advocate for her clients. She focuses on representing business owners and individuals with complex family law issues. Acknowledging that each case has unique issues and interests, she seeks a thorough and successful resolution for her clients. Sandra served as the Chair of the American Bar Association Family Law Section, the world’s largest organization of family law attorneys and continues to speak and write about complex family law issues in New Mexico and nationally.
Jan is a New Mexico Board Recognized Specialist in Divorce and Family Law, a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a trained Collaborative family law attorney and listed as a Southwest Super Lawyer. Jan has more than thirty years experience in matrimonial and family law and is listed in Best Lawyers in America® and has been since 1981. Recently, Jan was selected as Albuquerque Family Law Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers in America® and in 2010 she was listed in New Mexico Business Weekly’s “Best of the Bar 2010”. She has also served the New Mexico Supreme Court as Chair of its Board of Minimum Continuing Education and as Chair of its Board of Legal Specialization. Jan lectures frequently on family law, collaboration and professionalism topics.
Roberta S. Batley
Bobbie is a New Mexico Board Recognized Specialist in Divorce and Family Law, a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and a trained Collaborative family law attorney. Roberta S. Batley has been named by The Best Lawyers in America® “Lawyer of the Year” for family law in Albuquerque in 2011 and was chosen to be listed in New Mexico Business Weekly’s “Best of the Bar 2011”. In May 2001, she graduated from the prestigious American Bar Association Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute. She is currently Co-Chair of the Membership and Marketing Committee and Co-Chair of the Continuing Legal Education Committee. Bobbie is listed in Best Lawyers in America and is an active member of the American Bar Association Family Law Section.She also serves as a member of the Board of the New Mexico Collaborative Practice Group. Bobbie has written numerous articles and lectures frequently, both nationally and locally, in the area of family law.
Tiffany Oliver Leigh
Tiffany is a family law attorney trained in collaborative law and mediation. She was also a recipient of the National Association of Women Lawyers Award in 2004. Tiffany has served on the Board of the State Bar of New Mexico Family Law Section since 2007 and is Chair Elect. She is also a member of the ABA Family Law Section, Albuquerque Women’s Bar Association, the International Association of Collaborative Professionals, the New Mexico Collaborative Practice Group, and the Albuquerque Collaborative Practice Group for which she chairs the Annual New Mexico Collaborative Symposium Committee. Tiffany received both her bachelor’s degree and her law degree from the University of New Mexico where she was a recipient of the Dean’s Award, awarded by the Dean of the University of New Mexico School of Law for significant contribution to the law school community.

Jennifer is a trained collaborative attorney and remains involved in collaborative organizations in the State of New Mexico. She is currently a member of the New Mexico Collaborative Practice Group and is serving as a Board Member in 2012. Jennifer is also a member of the Albuquerque Collaborative Practice Group and the Albuquerque Ristra Collaborative Pod. From 2008-2010 Jennifer served the Young Lawyers Division as a member of the Children’s Law Board. Jennifer is also a member of the New Mexico Bar Association and the Albuquerque Bar Association.
